Our Policy
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items, such as custom-mixed paint, special orders, and hazardous materials, are non-returnable.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us
Visit our Contact Page or call our customer service team to initiate your return. Please have your order number ready.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging. We will provide you with a return shipping label via email.

Ship It Back
Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier. Returns can also be made in-person at any BuildStrong location.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
